The members of the German-Hungarian Degenfeld family were decisive persons in the life of the 19th century Tokaj-Hegyalja region. Their first class grape plantations have always produced wines of outstanding quality which have won several prizes on international wine competitions. Grof Degenfeld Castle Hotel **** was opened in 2003 as the region’s only superior castle hotel and awaits its guests since then with antique furniture and paintings, Venetian chandeliers, marble fireplaces. Opened all year round the two-storey hotel offers 24-hour reception, elevator, free guarded parking, free WIFI Internet and Internet corner in the lobby, restaurant, wine cellar, drinkbar, conference room for max. 20 persons (WIFI Internet, projector, flipchart), saloon, library room and terrace. Pets welcome.

The hotel’s rooms and suites will provide an exceptional experience in a truly historical atmosphere of the 19th century.
